Renuka-Ponguleti war reaches AICC doorstep

The ongoing war between Congress senior leaders Renuka Chowdhary and Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy took an ugly turn when both the leaders lodged complaints against each other with their high command.

The simmering rivalry between two groups within the Congress were bought to the notice of Congress president Sonia Gandhi and vice-president Rahul Gandhi. Both the leaders from Khammam have been engaged in a verbal war from quite sometime now.
Renuka met Sonia Gandhi to lodge complaint against Ponguleti's attitude, while Ponguleti chose Rahul Gandhi for complaining.
Now, it remains to be seen whether the Delhi bosses initiate steps to bring a truce between the warring groups.
