Rename TDP to Pakka Desam Party: KTR

Continuing his tirade against AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, Panchayati Raj and IT minister K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) advised the former to rename his party as Pakka Desam Party (PDP) instead of TDP.

Pakka Desam means belonging to the neighbouring country. KTR actually meant neighbouring state.

" Chandrababu had said ruling AP from Hyderabad was like ruling from a foreign country. If he feels like that then it is better to rename his party as Pakka Desam Party," KTR said.
Referring to Chandrababu's proposed tour in Warangal, the TRS leader demanded him to explain his stand on Telangana's share of water and power.
" He should give an explanation on using Telangana's share of water and power and then visit Warangal. There would be no gain or loss due to his Telanngana visit," he added.
