Relief for minister in FEMA case
Secondary Education Minister Parthasarathy has got relief in the FEMA violation case in the High Court on Friday.
The High Court has stayed the two-month imprisonment and the Rs.5 lakh fine order given by the Economic Offences Court. The High Court said its present stay orders would continue till the hearing is completed in the case.
Earlier, the High Court had also stayed the FEMA tribunal case.
