Ramoji Rao appears before Tirupati court in defamation case

Media baron Ramoji Rao on Monday appeared before a local court in Tirupati in connection with a defamation case filed against him.

A case was registered against him in 2004 following a complaint from constable Yathirajaulu that defamatory articles were published against him in Eenadu newspaper.

Following summons issued by the court, Ramoji Rao appeared in person before it . The court dismissed the petition.

Responding to the court verdict, Yathirajaulu said that he would continue his legal fight against Ramoji Rao till he gets justice.
