Mega Power star Ram is the son of Megastar Chiranjeevi who made his debut in Tollywood with Chirutha which was released in the year 2007. Being a star from the Mega clan, the expectations were high for him to prove himself as a star kid. And may we add Charan did it effortlessly. He went all out, putting all his efforts to become an established star in Tollywood.

Chirutha: It was Cherry's first film when he made his debut in Tollywood in the year 2007. The film was directed by Puri Jagannadh and also won Filmfare best south debutant Award. Before its release, Chirutha created much hype among the audiences. Firstly because the film featured Chiru's son. Finally, it also made him get his foothold in the film industry. The film was made with Rs 85 cr which was the best figure for any star debut film.

Magadheera: Cherry's Magadheera is one of the best period dramas of all times which went on to become the first blockbuster in the actor's career. The Rajamouli directorial grossed Rs 151 Crore at the worldwide box office. The film also made the Baahubali maker a household name in the Telugu film industry.

Naayak: Compared to other films, Charan enthralled the audiences in this film in a mass avatar. He played a software engineer in the film. The film was directed by V.V Vinayak and also featured Kajal Aggarwal in the female lead role. The film boasted a lifetime collections of Rs 55 Cr.

Dhruva: Ram Charan's last outing was Dhruva which also did good business at the box office where audiences got a chance to see him in a cop avatar. Dhruva grossed Rs 85 Cr and went on to become a blockbuster hit in his career.

Meanwhile, on the career front, Cherry is awaiting the release of Rangasthalam 1985 which is slated for release on March 30. The film is in its post-production stage and the crew is working round the clock to deliver the film on time. We bet Rangasthalm too will become one of the blockbusters. If you ask me about the indications for my prediction. Well, the teasers, trailers and songs have garnered huge appreciated from the masses. Samantha Ruth Prabhu aka Akkineni Bahu is playing the female lead opposite Charan for the first time in Rangasthalam.
