Rajolu James college girl student commits suicide in hostel

A 21-year-old student of  Rajolu James Medical College in Srikakulam District allegedly committed suicide by hanging in her hostel room in the wee hours of Sunday, police said.

Iswarya Sai was from Firangipuram in Guntur district. Reason behind the suicide was not known, police said.

Hostel authorities immediately informed the police after which Iswarya Sai’s body was sent to the government Hospital for a post-mortem. The police registered a case and started investigation.
