Rajinikanth’s Daughter Files For Divorce

Chennai: Soundarya Rajinikanth 's younger daughter has filed a divorce petition on Friday at a family court here. According to reports, claiming difference of opinion between them, a mutual consent divorce petition has been filed in a family court.

Reports about her troubled marriage came out in September and Soundarya confirmed by reaching out on her Twitter handle saying that divorce talks are on.

"News about my marriage is true. We have been separated for over a year and divorce talks are on. I request all to respect my family's privacy," She tweeted in September.

Soundarya had tied the knot with her industrialist husband Ashwin Ramkumar in 2010, and they have a one-year-old son Ved. On professional front, she is a graphic designer and filmmaker.
