Rahul Gandhi to contest from Telangana?

Is Rahul Gandhi, Congress vice president, planning to contest from Telangana? And, if he yes, which is the best constituency for him?  

Rahul's envoys visited the region recently and are in the process of finding a suitable constituency for him.  They are trying to list out the constituencies in which TRS is weak and Congress is strong. 

Congress senior leaders are optimistic that if Rahul chooses to contest from Telangana, then the party's popularity might rise. 

If the grapevines are to be believed, the envoys have finalized Chevella, Bhongir and Nalgonda constituencies as the best ones for Rahul to contest.

The envoys have talked to MLAs and other party leaders to finalise the constituencies from which Rahul can contest and win surely.

As per the reports, the envoys have talked to MLAs from Ranga Reddy district too to search the same.
