Python in Palamaneru market of Chittoor

Palameru market in Chittoor on a normal day is your typical, nondescript market, that sells anything from vegetables to house hold appliances.

However, Tuesday  turned exciting,  when the market encountered an unexpected guest.

As per reports,  a 12-feet-long python slithered out of a sack of tomatoes that was kept near a vegetable shop. Sudden appearance of the snake pushed the market into panic and chaos, with shoppers and vegetable sellers forgetting their wares, and running to find refuge.

Soon, forest officials were summoned. The python was rescued and released into  nearby forest.
