Puri says sorry to Pawan Kalyan fans

As Sakshipost reported earlier, although the movie 'Iddarammayilatho' has set the cash registers ringing at the box office, the movie hasn't gone down well with the fans of Pawan Kalyan. (Related read)

A controversial dialogue which says 'Prati Yedava Pawan Kalyan fan.." has irked fans who feel that it's a derogatory remark against them. There was a lot of hue and cry over the issue.

A few fans also demanded the removal of this dialogue from the movie. The latest we hear is that the film's director Puri Jagannadh has given his take on the controversial statement.

Puri took to Twitter to clear the air on the Pawan Kalyan dialogue row.

In his message Puri wrote: "If Pawan's fans are truly saddened, then I wish to apologise to them. Chiranjeevi laughed when he heard the dialogue. Allu Aravind too enjoyed it while Bunny loved it. It's a compliment. It shows bunny is a big fan of PK.  Yet, if you are feeling bad, then I am really sorry. Please do not take it to your heart. When I visit Bheemavaram, please treat me well. Love you"

Hope this can pacify the fans of Power star Pawan Kalyan and bring back smiles on their faces.
