Puri Jagannadh has now ventured into short films
Hyderabad: Pokiri fame director Puri Jagannadh has now ventured into short films. The director who was once an assistant director to Ram Gopal Varma seems to have developed the same taste as his Guru when it comes to giving spicy titles to his movies.
Puri's short film titled Hug first look is the proof of this quality, which was apparently inspired by RGV's webseries - Guns and Thighs. The film will be releasing on December 31 at 10 am. The director announced the news on his Twitter handle and it soon became a big hit. The reason for it to grab the eyeballs is because it shows a woman showing her bare back and hugging a tree.
"My first short film #HUG shall be released on 31st Dec 2017 at 10 am, get ready for this one...," posted Puri.
Puri’s last outing was with Nandamuri Balakrishna's Paisa Vasool, which bombed at the box-office.
