Puri Jagannath Reacts To Drugs Case Amidst Speculations 

Hyderabad: After the drug racket hit the Tollywood industry, there have been widespread speculations that many people who were working with director Puri Jagannath were served notices from the Telangana Prohibition and Excise Enforcement.

Reacting to it, Puri Jagannath took to his Twitter handle to comment on the issue. He said that he had so far did not make any statement to anyone regarding the issue. "I have not given any statement regarding anything n anyone till now .. very busy completing my film PaisaVasool," he tweeted.

Movie Paisa Vasool, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, is being directed by Puri and the film is said to be in post production.

The drugs case took the film industry by storm when the names of biggies — Ravi Teja, Subbaraju, actress Charmi and Shyam K Naidu, were doing rounds in the media. In all, 12 persons in the film industry — actors, directors, technicians were served notices by the SIT team asking them to appear for an inquiry.
