Prasad's bail plea: HC faults CBI

The AP High Court adjourned its hearing on the bail petition of industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad to Friday.

The High Court showed its displeasure over the manner in which the CBI has been conducting the probe in the Vanpic case and asked the agency as to what it was doing with respect to the other accused in the case. It questioned the CBI on its objections to the bail plea of Prasad. It also asked the CBI as to what it had done with respect to RAK, to which the investigating agency said that it had sent notices to the CEO of RAK was yet to receive a reply.
