Popular Anchor Hospitalised After Eating Poison-Laced Ice Cream

Popular Pakistani anchor Sana Faisal had to be hospitalised after she ate an ice cream given to her by a 15-year-old fan.

Sana, hugely popular for her shows in Pakistani Urdu channel Ab Tak, went to an ice cream stores in Karachi with her husband. There, a 15-year-old boy came to her and identified himself as her fan. He took a selfie and obtained an autograph. Later, he offered her an ice cream.

An unsuspecting Sana consumed it and then she and her husband left for home. En route, Sana suddenly developed health complications and had to be rushed to the hospitals. The doctors, who conducted several tests, confirmed that the ice cream was laced with poison.

Sana is now in the hospital and the doctors attending on her say she is out of danger.
