Poojas, Yaagams ahead of Sharmila Padayatra

Poojas and yaagams were performed across the State, including the Twin Cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, today by hundreds of thousands of YSR Congress party activists and followers wishing YSR’s daughter Sharmila all success as she is venturing out on a massive Padayatra from October 18.

YSR Congress party activists thronged different temples in the State this morning to perform the spiritual yaagams and poojas.

In Hyderabad, YSR fans performed ‘Mahaa Yaagam’ at the Abhayanjaneya Temple in Nizampet area of the city wishing Sharmila all success in her mission. Amid chanting of hymns by 25 Veda Pundits, Manyupasupatha Rudra Yaagam was performed. The priests expressed confidence that with the blessings of the God, Sharmila will successfully complete her marathon Padayatra and without any hurdles.
