Ponnam hits out at Lagadapati, Kavuri

Telangana Congress  MP Ponnam Prabhakar on Wednesday took exception to the remarks of Eluru MP Kavuri Sambasiva Rao on the Centre.

Talking to media persons at the CLP Office, Ponnam criticised the Semaandhra leaders for supporting Kavuri.

Referring to Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal, the MP said that no Seemandra leader condemned Lagadapati when he supported Kavuri. He said he would approach PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana to take action against Kavuri for criticising the state and Central governments. He would also take the issue to the Congress High Command.

He also flayed the MIM party saying  its main agenda was to oppose the formation of a separate Telangana state.
