Poll notification for Seemandhra released

The Election Commission of India on Saturday released a notification for conduct of 2014 general elections in Seemandhra.
Seemandhra region has 175 Assembly Constituencies and 25 Lok Sabha constituencies and the elections will be held on May 7.
Nomination of candidates were being accepted from Saturday to April 19.
The nominations will be scrutinized on April 21 and withdrawals of the same will be allowed till April 23. Counting will begin on May 16.
