When YSRCP, TDP MLAs Bumped Into Each Other After Elections…
Amaravati: It was time for affectionate hugs and pleasant handshakes. The heat and dust of electioneering and hurling choicest abuses against opponents are now long over. Like school children meeting their friends after a long vacation, politicos from across the divide bumped into each other exchanging pleasantries on the day when Assembly sessions kicked off for the first-time after YSRCP rode to power.
There was refreshing vibe in the air in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly premises as TDP, YSRCP and other MLAs greeted each other like long-last friends burying political hatchet. TDP MLA Balakrishna tickled funny bones of quite a few YSRCP legislators in the lobby resulting in peals of laughter. He shook hands with MLA Jogi Ramesh and Deputy Chief Minister Amjed Basha congratulating them on securing Ministerial berths. He spoke affectionately with YSRCP MLAs.
TDP MLA Payyavula Keshav was seen engrossed in a conversation with YSRCP leaders Umareddy Venkateswarlu and Kodali Nani. Keshav congratulated Nani for being part of Council of Ministers.
Several TDP and YSRCP leaders vied with each other to shake hands with Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as he walked past them in the corridors. With a smile writ large on his face, he asked about their well-being, while being complemented for becoming Chief Minister.
Particularly Jana Sena lone MLA Rapaka Varaprasad showered YS Jagan with appreciation for according equitable distribution to various castes and communities in his Cabinet. He extended his support to the YSRCP government in implementing its poll promises.
