Harish Rao Warns Chandrababu On Kaleshwaram
Jagtial: Telangana Irrigation minister Harish Rao lambasted Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for trying to restrain the prestigious Kaleshwaram project works here. While touring the district today, the minister alleged that the opposition parties are trying their best to halt the project works. "The Congress and TDP leaders are trying all sorts of ways to hinder the development of Telangana in order to gain political mileage," he remarked.

On the other side, Harish Rao reviewed the irrigation project works across Telangana. The works of SRSP project resurrection are in a full flow and after completion, the canals will have water throughout the year, he said. We have finished the Mid-manair project works at the cost of Rs 1,600 crores, he added. People will identify Karimnagar district for its abundance of water, the minister said.
