Tension Grips Jammalamadugu, Courtesy TDP Workers

Tension prevailed in Pedadandluru of Jammalamadugu in Dr. YSR district, as police and supporters of TDP Minister Adinarayana Reddy tried to prevent YSRCP Member of Parliament YS Avinash Reddy from entering the village. The Kadapa Lok Sabha member had been invited to a wedding reception of a party worker. Using excessive police force, the TDP minister along with his supporters tried to prevent the MP, Kadapa Mayor Suresh Babu and Jammalamadugu Coordinator of YSRCP, Dr. M. Sudheer Reddy from entering the village. The minister’s men also attacked YSRCP workers by throwing stones at their houses. YSRCP workers said that Subbarami Reddy of Sugamanchipalli village had been kidnapped by Adinarayana Reddy’s men.
