Policeman Thrashes Man In Public, Video Goes Viral 

Kadapa: Friendly policing went for a toss when a police constable thrashed a man in full public view. The incident occurred at Kalasapadu mandal of YSR Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh.

The video was captured by a passerby and was uploaded in social media. In the video, the constable was seen thrashing the person with his lathi. Later, the locals are seen trying to stop the policeman from further thrashing the poor man.

The reason for the attack and the time of the assault are not known. The victim and the policeman are also yet to be identified.

The higher officials have taken notice of the video and have begun a probe to ascertain the identity of the person.
