Police rescue couple from Saudi employers

Hyderabad: A couple has been rescued by the Sultan Bazar police from the clutches of their Arab employers who were harassing them in Saudi Arabia.

The victims, Syed Alam (27) and his wife Sajida Begum (25) went to Saudi Arabia for work with the help of visa agents. Shiva Shankar Rao, Sultan Bazar Inspector said that the couple was brought back successfully following complaint from Syed's brother.

The duo went to Saudi on March 10 to work at the Arab national's house. Syed's visa documented him as a driver while his wife was employed as a domestic help. However, soon the couple were harassed by their respective employers.
