Police Nabs Two for Trying to Sell Firearm

Hyderabad: Task Force sleuths seized a firearm from two persons on Saturday at Kohinoor Bar and Restaurant in Chatrinaka area of the city.
The accused, Kiran and Srinivas were trying to sell off the firearm to a prospective customer. However, on a tip-off the police raided the restaurant and arrested the accused. They were later sent to Chatrinaka police for further investigation.
Police ascertained that the accused were small time businessmen who befriended Rakesh who sold them the firearm for Rs. 5000.
