Police Complaint Against Abhiruchi Madhu

Nandyal: A complaint has been lodged with the police against Abhiruchi Madhu for attempting to murder Silpa Chakrapani Reddy, the brother of YSRCP candidate Silpa Mohan Reddy.

The assailant, a close confidant of TDP leader Bhuma Nagi Reddy had charged against Silpa Chakrapani Reddy and his supporters with a hunting sickle when they were returning from a funeral on Thursday morning. The complaint was filed by Silpa Mohan Reddy's brother-in-law Jagadeshwar Reddy. The latter stated that Abhiruchi Madhu and his men also fired several rounds with a gun in their attempt to murder. The use of hunting sickles and gun clearly indicates that they intended to kill Silpa Chakrapani Reddy and his supporters, Jagadeshwar Reddy said.
