Police arrest second accused in Tanishq robbery case - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad, West zone Police on Tuesday night, caught the second accused in the Tanishq Jewelry robbery case in Hyderabad.

According to police, the accused, Anand's identity was confirmed through CCTV footage.

After arresting him, police moved him to an undisclosed place for interrogation.

As per reports, Anand went to Vijayawada with two gold bangles after the robbery. He called his relatives staying in Epur and Vinugonda, to inform them about the robbery, the latter promptly notified the police.

Interestingly, Anand is related to the prime accused, Kiran. Kiran had earlier asked him to visit Hyderabad. In 2009, the duo, along with a contractor had visited the Tanishq store to undertake some repair work.  Since the contractor also hails from Guntur district, the police are doubting him as well.
