Former Big Boss Contestant Kathi Mahesh has been in the eye of a storm especially from the time he said Power star Pawan Kalyan's latest film Agnyaathavaasi, seemed to be based on the French film, Largo Winch. He also made some headline-grabbing comments on PK's personal life.

Pawan Kalyan's fans lost no time in criticising Mahesh Kathi and even abusing him. Kathi had even alleged that he received many threatening calls the Power Star's fans. Some of PK's frenzied fans had tried to attack him and threw eggs at him.
