PIL in HC over Dilshuknagar blasts
A Public-Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the State High Court on Monday on the Hyderabad twin blasts alleging that it was the irresponsibility of the Government and the police.
The petitioner said in spite of the warning by central intelligence agencies the State police neglected to take precautionary measures; hence the court has to direct the Govt to take action against the erring officials responsible.
The petition mentioned State Govt, Union Home Ministry, DGP and Hyderabad Police Commissioner as defendants.
