Petition in HC against Sadak bandh
A public interest petition was filed in the High Court on Thursday seeking court's intervention to stop the ‘Sadak bandh’ programme called by T-JAC on February 24.
B V Srinivasulu, a lawyer from Kurnool filed the petition mentioning the State Govt and the T-JAC as defendants stated that there would be great inconvenience to the public and the emergency services like ambulances would be affected with the bandh. The petition is expected to come up for hearing on Friday.
