Peddapuram MLA calls Ponnam a political prostitute

Peddapuram MLA P Gandhi Mohan on Tuesday lashed out at Congress MP Ponnam Prabhakar for comparing Undavalli Arun Kumar to a Peddapuram prostitute.

He described Ponnam as a political prostitute. Ponnam, elected as MP on behalf of Congress has joined hands with KCR for Telangana, the MLA alleged.

Gandhi Mohan warned Ponnam with a police case if he did not apologise to Peddapuram people for hurting their sentiments.

A woman from the region said that politicians must not drag Peddapuram's name for personal gains.
