Pawan Kalyan chips in with Rs 50 lakh for Hudhud victims

After Charan, it is the turn of his uncle and power star Pawan Kalyan to chip in for the 'Hudhud' victims. Pawan donated Rs.50 lakh for the cyclone 'Hudhud' victims in north coastal districts.

In a media statement, Pawan Kalayan said that he was deeply anguished by the calamity that has swept through Vizag and Uttara Andhra.

"The plight of lakhs of people who have been displaced is unimaginable. My heart goes for them. It is in times like these that we should rise above parties and politics and come together as one to overcome this calamity.Even as all efforts are being made by the Central and State governments, I will be handing over Rs.50 lakhs from my side to the CM Relief Fund."

He also appealed to all his fans and supporters to join the relief operations and do their best to bring back normalcy at the earliest. "I will be personally visiting the affected areas soon to extend my support and solidarity," Pawan Kalyan said.
