Pawan Kalyan’s Five Questions For BJP
Hyderabad: Power Star Pawan Kalyan posed a series of five questions to the ruling BJP government through his twitter handle @PawanKalyan and stated that the the party is answerable since the Jana Sena supported in the 2014 elections.
Referring primarily to cow slaughter he said, the BJP should impose ban on cow slaughter if it is committed to the protection of cows. The party should ask its cadre to discontinue the use of leather products with immediate effect. The BJP is clearly following divisive politics, he said and added that it is provoking people who worship the cow against people who eat beef.
Besides cow slaughter, Pawan Kalyan also mentioned Rohit Vemula's suicide, patriotism, demonetisation and special status for Andhra Pradesh as unanswered issues by the BJP government. "These issues were gathered after interaction with people at grassroot level, politicians and senior journalists," Pawan Kalyan said. "It was these issues for which the people voted BJP to power and the Jana Sena supported it during the 2014 polls in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka," he added.
