Pawan Kalyan Fumes Over ‘North’ Ruling South, Seeks Explanation From AP CM

Vijayawada: Jana Sena Leader Pawan Kalyan, who has been upset with the injustice meted out to southern Indian states, is angry over AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for appointing North Indian IAS officer Anil Kumar Singhal as TTD Executive Officer.

IAS Anil Kumar assumed charge as TTD EO of world's famous Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirumala on Sunday.

Pawan Kalyan on Monday commented on his twitter handle saying that he is not against "north Indian IAS officials" taking charge of TTD but questioned whether would they allow any south Indian to take up the administrative positions of sacred Hindu temples in Amaranath, Varanasi, Madhura.

Pawan Kalyan demanded an explanation from the AP Chief Minister over the development. "Why should south Indians accept this. How TDP party and the AP CM allowed it to happen? They owe an explanation to people of south India in large and Andhra Pradesh in particular.

Swami Swaroopanandendra Saraswati of Sarada Peetham in Visakhapatnam said he would go to court and challenge the AP government decision to appoint North Indian IAS officer as TTD EO.
