Pawan Calls Chandrababu’s All-Party Meet A Sham

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan lambasted TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu's double standards for calling an all-party meet on Tuesday at the state assembly over the Special Category Status issue to the state. Pawan Kalyan stressed that by conducting such a meeting Chandrababu wants others to share his sins, asserting that Jana Sena will never be part of such meetings which are of no significance.

Pawan went on to say that had Chandrababu really cared for SCS, he could have conducted an all party meet long ago and the movement for SCS to the state would have gained steam. “They have pulled out of NDA recently, it will not give any results now and conducting all-party meet now will not yield any results. Even Chandrababu is also aware of it”, Pawan said.

Andhra Pradesh's decision to pull out of the NDA alliance following pressure from the prime opposition party YSR Congress led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and the general public over granting of special category status to AP, has miffed the BJP to a great extent. In a 8-page letter, Amit Shah said, “(TDP) decision is both unfortunate as well as unilateral. It is a decision; I am afraid, will be construed as being guided wholly and solely by political considerations instead of development concerns."
