Pawan attacks KCR over family politics
Power star and Jana Sena founder Pawan Kalyan on Tuesday, launched a scathing attacking on TRS chief, K Chandrashekar Rao and his style of family politics. In Nizamabad to campaign for Modi, the star for the first time shared the dais with BJP prime ministerial candidate, Narendra Modi.
In a veiled reference to KCR, Pawan said he does not like turning politics into a family business. "Son, daughter , niece, and brother-in-law from a family are entering politics, and they are been given tickets. Till now, I didn't enter politics, as I didn't want to be associated with family politics," he said.
He added that if KCR family was given an opportunity to come to power in Telangana then grave injustice will be meted out to it.
Proclaiming his love for the newly formed state of Telangana, the actor said that even though he was born in Bapatla, Telangana has resurrected him.
He also added that he toured the state and is aware of the problems of the people. "I love Telangana and it is in my blood. I am talking about Telangana not because of politics, but because of love for that region," he said. Blaming Congress he added that the party took ten long years to grant the state of Telanagana. "Please ask the Congress leaders why we should vote for Congress."
Responding on the criticism that he garnered over meeting Modi, he said, "What is wrong if Jana Sena supports Modi, who is working for nation?"
