'Pavala Vaddi enhanced to two rupees'

YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's sister Sharmila's 'Maro Praja Prasthanam' padayatra entered 24th day on Saturday.

She started the padayatra from Tuggali National highway in Kurnool district.

A large number of women are also walking along with her.  During the padayatra farmers were seen explaining their problems to her. They said during YSR's regime all their problems were solved but the present government was not interested in helping them even in times of hardship.

The main problems people brought to her notice were pensions not being paid on time, minimum of seven hours power supply not being given and Pavala Vaddi enhanced to two rupees. Sharmila is expected to cover 13 km during her walk today.
