Parthasarathy should be disqualified as MLA: YSRCP

The problems of secondary education minister, K Parthasarathy appear to be far from over.
According to the latest Supreme Court ruling, minister Parthasarathy doesn't qualify to hold an MLA post, said YSRCP leader, Adusumilli Jayaprakash Reddy in Hyderabad on Monday.
Speaking to the media, the YSRCP leader said that he had submitted a letter to the speaker demanding disqualification of Parthasarathy.
As per the High Court verdict, Parthasarathy paid a fine of Rs 2 lakhs and under article 80, he loses membership.
The YSRCP leader also said that the same was communicated to the speaker who was told to consult legal experts.
Jayaprakash Reddy threatened to approach the High Court if Parthasarathy was not disqualified.
