OU student murder accused Shiva Kumar out of danger

The condition of Shiva Kumar, prime accused in the murder of Osmania University student Aruna was said to be out of danger by doctors at the Pune hospital where he is under going treatment.

The accused sustained injures when he jumped from a moving train when he was being brought to Hyderabad by the police.

The police said they would bring him to Hyderabad after his medical condition is stable.

The railway police on Saturday registered a case under section 309 of the IPC against him for jumping off a moving train.
