Osmania University Awards PhD in Political Science

She has done her thesis on "Coastal Regions Security - Role of Coast Guards" under the supervision of professor PV Rao. Her research on the subject of coastal security received a special award at an international seminar held at Kumamoto University in Japan recently.

She is a native of Anumala mandal in Nalgonda district.
