One More AP’s Crorepati Engineer Trapped In ACB Net

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Education Welfare and Infrastructure Development Corporation Chief Engineer Jagadishwar Reddy has been found in possession of nearly Rs100 crore worth movable and immovable properties, which is hugely in disproportion to his known sources of income.
The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) conducted raids on Reddy's house in Hyderabad and 11 other places including Vijayawada, Suryapet, Mahabub Nagar and Chennai.
The official is now heading the engineering division of APEWIDC.
The ACB's discovery of crores worth properties at Jagadishwar Reddy's house comes closely on the heels of nabbing AP's Engineer-in-Chief Gangadharam with nearly Rs130 crore worth properties.
The ACB sleuths already seized documents related to Rs16 crore worth properties which include a property in Chennai, and huge quantities of gold and silver articles. His bank lockers are yet to be opened and raids are going on.
