Okka Kshanam Is Copied, Admits Director Finally?

Allu Sirish's much awaited flick 'Okka Kshanam' has been released worldwide today. The movie has opened to a positive response all over the world. It triggered a major controversy following allegations that the story line was a straight lift from a Korean flick ‘Parallel Life’.

Though the actor Allu Sirish confirmed that the movie has no connection with the Korean movie, the director VI Anand has finally opened up and admitted that initially he did not have any such plans, according to sources.

Later, the idea of inserting bits of the Parallel Life story came to him and he started approaching afresh. However, Anand improved the storyline and reworked it giving it several interesting twists, sources say. The characters in the film are intertwined and the final resolution takes place in the last few scenes of the film.

'Okka Kshanam' stars Allu Sirish, Surbhi, Srinivas Avasarala and Seerat Kapoor in lead roles.
