NTR photo row: Lakshmi Parvathi backs YSRCP

Lakshmi Parvathi, wife of former chief minister late N T Rama Rao, has thrown a challenge to TDP leaders to contest elections without the photo of the late NTR. She dared them to use party chief Chandrababu Naidu's photo instead during the elections.

Referring to Balayya's objection for the use of NTR photos in YSRCP banners,  Lakshmi Parvathi said that it was  ridiculous on the part of Bala Krishna to comment over the issue.

Lakshmi Parvathi criticized the TDP chief for driving away NTR from the party. They have no right to even utter NTR's name, she said.  Balayya, who was with Naidu when he betrayed NTR also has no moral right to use NTR's name, she said.

The late NTR's wife said there was nothing wrong if some of her husband's fans used his picture. TDP is in a confused state, thus the party has sparked the photo controversy just to stay in news, she added.
