Notification issued for Allagadda bypoll

The notification for for Allagadda assembly bypoll has been issued by the Election Commission on Tuesday.
The election was necessitated following the death of YSR Congress Party leader Bhuma Shoba Nagireddy in an accident. The EC has announced the bypoll schedule after Hyderabad High Court had given green signal for the conduct of the poll.
Akhila Priya, daughter of Shobha and Bhooma Nagireddy, would be the YSRCP candidate for the Allagadda byelection, slated for November 8. Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had declared her candidature.

Filing of Nominations to commence: October 14
Last date for filing nominations: October 21
Scrutiny of nominations: October 22
Last date for withdrawals: October 24
Date of Polls: November 8
Counting of Votes: November 12
