No water at Khanapur for holy Pushkaram dip
Khanapur: Lack of perennial waters in Telangana Godavari Pushkaram Ghat in Khanapur, Adilabad District,led to government authorities arranging for artificial showers to enable the people to bathe in Godavari water.
But, a sudden power cut hit the water flow forcing the pilgrims to wait for hours for water.
At least 15 thousand pilgrims have taken the showers till 11am at the Khanpur ghat alone
