No consensus on PIL against APNGOs' strike

The Andhra Pradesh High court on Wednesday expressed different opinions on the petition field against the APNGOs' strike that labelled it, illegal.

The bench comprising Kalyanjyothi Sengupta and K.C. Bhanu expressed different opinions.
Kalyanjyothi opined that the departmental action can be taken against the employees who took part in agitations, while K.C. Bhanu differed and pointed out that the petition against the APNGOs’ strike is politically motivated.
He added that advocate Ravi Kumar, who filed the case had also participated in the Telangana agitation. After the bench differed, the case has been transfered to a larger Bench, comprising three judges.
