Nimmagadda gets conditional bail for interim period

The CBI special court on Thursday granted interim bail to vanpic case accused and popular Industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad to attend his father-in-law Rao Prakash's funeral.

The court allowed Nimmagadda an interim bail for 13 days. Nimmagadda is in judicial remand and is currently lodged at the Chanchalaguda jail since his arrest.

It is learnt that the court granted Nimmagadda bail on the following conditions . The industrialist can communicate only with his family members. He will be allowed to stay out only between 8 am to 6 pm. He also cannot leave the city.
