Nimmagadda files bail petition in Supreme Court
Industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad, who was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with quid pro quo case, filed a bail application in the Supreme Court on Wednesday.
Nimmagadda in his bail plea urged the court to grant him bail; he fully co-operated with the CBI during inquiry.
The bail petition is likely to come up for hearing on Friday.
