Shehnaaz Gill's Startling Revelation About Sidharth Shukla to BK Shivani

Sidnaaz: Shehnaaz Gill of Bigg Boss fame stunned her followers today by releasing an exclusive interview with the late Sidharth Shukla's guru maa Sister BK Shivani (January 4). "Reset and Restart" was the title of the actress's chat with her, in which the two addressed how to deal with negativity, grief, and loss.

Shehnaaz began the discussion by recounting her experiences over the previous two years, during which she learned to be more patient and pleasant. Sister Shivani also demonstrated how to keep negativity at bay and what one should do to be energetic by using examples.

In their chat, the actress claimed that she had voiced her wish to speak with Sister Shivani to Sidharth and that he had guaranteed her that she would one day. She said that it was only through him that they could connect.

Shehnaaz also mentioned Sidharth's death and her arduous two years with him, during which she learned a lot from him. She claimed he entered her life and introduced her to Sister Shivani and other decent people. She stated that she has realised how strong she is and that memories of people who have passed away, as well as the experiences acquired from them, should be treasured.

She said, "Humari journey abhi hai, unki journey complete ho chuki hai. Unka kapda change ho chuka hai lekin woh kahin na kahin aa chuke hain..shakal unki change ho gayi hai but woh dobara iss roop mein aa chuke hain. Unka account mere saath abhi ke liye band ho gaya hai... phir may be continue hoga."

Shehnaaz further stated that sobbing when a loved one passes away will simply add to the pain and will not assist. Shivani reacted to this by adding, "If we remain in pain, then even those who surround us will be unhappy. Not just that, even the soul who has gone will be troubled and feel the discomfort."
