Show Some Love, It’s Valentine’s Day!
BIC Cello Shares Some Hacks on How to Creatively Enjoy This Occasion
While Valentine’s Day is all about love, giving, and sharing. People often turn a blind eye to the importance of self-love and to celebrating love amongst friends and family.
To mark this occasion this year, BIC Cello shares four tips on the importance of self-love and how people can feed their soul with love on this day.
- Write a Love Letter to YOURSELF:
Yes, you read that correctly! You are the most important person in your life, and there is no greater love in the universe than self-love. On Valentine’s Day this year, pick up a piece of paper and your favorite pen, and list down everything you love about yourself. Write down your achievements, big or small, and use this day to remember how valuable and special you are to yourself and to the people around you.
- Surprise your single friends and family members with love:
Get down to business and express your love to your friends and family members by creating a customized Valentine’s card for them. Use your favorite stationery products to create a card to remember. Appreciating love, in all its forms, goes a long way!
- Show off your creativity:
Engage your creative side this Valentine’s Day and indulge in arts and crafts activities. Remember how exciting it was putting stickers on a tissue box and handing out personalized art and crafts to your classmates? Bring these feelings back by creating a collage of photos, writing a poem, or producing artwork using your favorite stationery products. Plan a date with yourself to get your creative juices running and express your love for yourself.
- If you don’t have one, start a journal, and if you do, make it more exciting:
Jot down and document the happy moments and milestones of your life. Journaling is a powerful tool that sets the brain free, and helps us remember the valuable things in life, and work on areas that need development without any judgement. Make journaling more exciting by using colorful stationery products and getting more creative in how you express yourself and demonstrate self-love.
