At the pre-release event for Krishnamma, directors SS Rajamouli and Anil Ravipudi engaged in a humorous exchange regarding Mahesh Babu's upcoming film 'SSMB29'. The event, held on May 1, 2024, was attended by renowned filmmakers such as Siva Koratala, Rajamouli, and Ravipudi.

A viral video from the event captures the directors' amusing conversation. Ravipudi playfully asks Rajamouli to reveal the opening day of SSMB29. "On the opening day, he will tell the film's story and its genre. I hope they will tell those two things," Ravipudi said.

Rajamouli, standing next to Koratala Siva, responds with a witty comment. "I will give you Rs.10,000 if you hold a camera and punch another Anil Ravipudi while walking behind him," he said to the crowd at the event.

Ravipudi counters by suggesting that the prize money should be reduced to two rupees. "Rs 10 thousand means they will come," he jokes, continuing the lighthearted banter.

SSMB29, starring Mahesh Babu, marks Rajamouli's upcoming project. Babu previously collaborated with Ravipudi on the highly successful film "Sarileru Neekevvaru" in 2020, which grossed over Rs. 200 crore.

Meanwhile, "Krishnamma" promises to be an intense crime drama in a village called Inchipeta. Satya Dev plays the lead role, portraying the plight of individuals wrongfully accused of crimes. The trailer, released on May 1, 2024, has piqued audience interest.

Krishnamma, featuring Athiraj as the female lead and supporting actors like Laxman Meesala and Raghu Kunche, is scheduled for release on May 10, 2024.
