Vijay Deverakonda To Return His Remuneration; To Compensate Family Star Losses!

Vijay Deverakonda’s recently released Family Star failed to live up to the audience's expectations. It turned out to be a huge disaster at the box office. The film was released on April 5, and couldn’t cash in on Eid, Summer holidays, and Ugadi. 

The film had a poor response and there were no proper collections in any territory. The distributors of Family Star met Dil Raju and asked for compensation. He assured them that he would compensate losses. 

Dil Raju reportedly had a meeting with Vijay Deverakonda and Parasuram to request them to return their remunerations. Vijay DeveDeverakonda is said to have agreed to return a part of his remuneration. Parasuram has yet to respond. He seems to be not okay with the proposal. 

VD has moved on. He is working on his new movie directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. 

Meanwhile, Dil Raju’s Love Me features Ashish Reddy and Vaishnavi Chaitanya. It is slated for release in the last week of May.
